Hi, my name is Grace Tang and I use they/them pronouns. Here at Grace Tang, MPH Consulting, we are dedicated to uplifting BIPOC and LGBTQ communities through research and lived intersectional experience. 

Because of historical marginalization, affected communities need data, evaluation, and research, in order to move forward beyond the tired narratives of affliction and hardship. We work with non-profits, public agencies, and private organizations to affect change. What matters is that we affect policy change at the local, state, and national level. What we build in a lifetime must be sustained across the next generation and beyond. 

By engaging in qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation, and other policy efforts, we can move the narrative forward. We welcome you to engage with us in order to radically transform our beloved communities for the long term.
