Late payments may incur additional fees
Deposits and retainers are non-refundable once work has begun
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential information shared during consulting engagements. However, submission of information through this website does not create a confidential relationship.
Additional confidentiality obligations may be governed by separate agreements, including NDAs or client contracts.
